Please make sure all the details of your order are correct as once it has been processed, we are unable to make any alterations. Please double check all the details before you complete the checkout. We are unable to offer a replacement or refund if the sizing and/or personalisation details submitted are incorrect. If your pet has damaged the collar and/or lead, we are unable to offer a refund/replacement.

If for any reason you have an issue with your product, please contact us and we will provide you with a reasonable solution. As all our products are personalised, we can not offer a refund or exchange for change of mind or incorrect product purchase.
